As time progresses, and our personal library of rituals and practices written and designed specifically for the Shakti Wicca tradition grows, we will be adding some of these to the site as is appropriate to build an online resource and Book of Shadows for IndoWiccans.

In the meantime, our goal is to upload information relevant to aspirants, including links to outside essays that elucidate the principals and themes utlilzed in Shakti Wicca, and any other resources that we believe newcomers will find useful in researching and beginning a personal practice in an IndoWiccan tradition.

*** UPDATE as of June 21, 2008 ***

Shakti Wicca is no longer functioning as a stand-alone tradition. There was simply not enough interest to attempt and maintain it as such.

As a service to the few who find the ideas presented in this path to be inspiring to their own path, I have decided to leave up this site as a guide.

The Lotus Academy of Spiritual Arts will still remain open, with it's classes in IndoPagan and IndoWiccan spirituality. So where you see mention of these training classes, please know that they are still available to you, complete with the 1-on-1 interaction and guidance from a facilitator.

However, there will no longer be the opportunity to belong to an online coven community - and so the pages related to joining Shakti Wicca have been deleted.

Please use the rest of this site as a guidepost for an idea of how you might go about training yourself and building an energetically-intelligent syncretism of East and West.

This will bring you to a page with several basic, informational articles regarding both Shakti Wicca required subject matter, and material of interest to any following an IndoWiccan / IndoPagan path.

These and other more general IndoPagan essays and articles can also be found on The IndoPagan Project's "IndoPagan Readings" page.

This link will bring you to a page where we are uploading outlines and basic information regarding the aspirant-level training pratical workshop materials. Suggested meditations, instructions on building an devotional altar, links to required readings available online, and more are found here.

The aspirant practices are intended to introduce the student to the energies and most elementary (but extremely important and fundamental) Hindu-based practices that will be used throughout the Shakti Wiccan path, and most any IndoWiccan path. Further training levels will involve the syncretic blending of these skills with eclectic Wiccan ritual structure and Sabbat observances are available to official Petitioners and dedicated Inner Circle members.

Fully interactive facilitator-led workshops covering this material in-depth in available at The Shakti Wicca Training Chakra. These are available for free to those applicants who have been accepted as Petitioners, and have completed the basic pre-requisite courses, Intro to Hinduism & the Hindu Pantheon, and Intro to Mantras.

If you are interested in participating in the facilitator-led workshops, please carefully read the material provided on the requirements for applicants and responsibilities of dedicants, and fill out the application questionnaire if you qualify.

Here you will find articles written from an IndoWiccan perspective on various aspects of ritual creation. These will include elements that can be incorporated in your rituals, full ritual scripts, and other helpful resourcs for your perusal. These may be used as-is, or can be used as inspiration for the creation of rituals that suit your own personal choices.

This link will bring you to The IndoPagan Project homepage, where you will find a variety of inspirational resources for creating your own Shaki Wicca / Hindu Wicca / IndoPagan-style rituals. From invocations written by Shakti Wicca Circle members, to links to simple but powerful, English-language pujas, you'll find it here. Simply click on the "Ritual Resources" link on the homepage to be brought directly to the database and archive.

We hope that these resources will help you further your spiritual journey.
